Trying to find birth record Richard Fleming

Hi. I'm looking for Richard Fleming. He was born about 1791. Died in Ardnaree,  Ballina , Mayo/ Sligo in 5/ June/ 1827 age 36.

Wife: Mary Howley.
Kids. Michael and Paul.

Would be greatful for any  help.

Ireland destoyed many paper records during WW1,do to paper shortage.

To make paper pulp.
