Follow your gut.

Follow your instincts. Sometimes the tiniest hint found in a source can lead to another hint in another source , the next thing you know a trickle becomes a water fall. In the beginning on wikitree I had a hunch that 8 families I had not know about until I came on wikitree were related. I felt if I connected these families there would be at least one person alive now that would go back to all those families. The connection is marriages to my Hunnicutt relatives. Well one person who has direct connections to all the families is on wikitree now. We are 10th cousins. My closest connection. It is like our ancestors were braided together. Well actually her grandmother is my closest connection 8th cousin. Exciting. So like I said trust your gut and question sources.
