Can a previously uploaded picture be used on a project site?

I have one picture that is group from a Niebuhr Reunion. Can a copy be made for project or do I upload it again?.

You should be able to use it on any pages. If you're talking about the photo of Frederick simply use

{{Image|file=Niebuhr-196-1.jpg
|caption=F W Niebuhr
}}

Wherever you want the photo to go.

The above coding can be found on the image page in the right lower section under the heading "Use Inside Text"

If you want to add one picture to multiple profiles look on the left side of the photo's page. There's a box for entering ID or a checklist from your watchlist.
