Unable to find a marriage record for Admiral Douglas Lionel Dent CB, CMG to Olive Kate MacArthur

Admiral Douglas Lionel Dent R.N. (1869-1959) from England married Olive Kate  MacArthur born May 30, 1881 in New South Wales, Australia. Their first son Peter MacArthur  Dent was born in 1912 at London England.

I have been unable to find a marriage record for Douglas & Olive and am guessing that they were married in Australia around 1911.

Can anyone help me with this please?

The April 1911 Census lists him as single. But, their first child was born in May of 1912, so, they must've been married sometime between May 1911 and August 1911.
