looking for 3rd child of Norman Vogt and Rosemary Cosgrove vogt

Norman Vogt born 1919 Married Rosemary Cosgrove  July 22 1939--Rosemary was born Sept.29 1919-1920. Davenport Iowa --they had 3 children--I have both boys but not the 3rd one-- Rosemary died in 1947 at the age 26..Would like to find the 3rd child...Yvonne Vogt

They were married in 1939.

The latest Census data that is public is from 1940. This is going to make finding their children a bit challenging.

This woman born 1943 is a possibility.  Father Norman Vogt, mother listed as 'Martha Newberry' .  Did Norman remarry after Rosemary's death?
