New duplicate being generated automatically [closed]

I was adding a source to James Philips (misspelt Phillips) and his sister Elizabeth Philips-670 keeps getting duplicated. I've already merged 680 and 681. Parents wrong way round, but thought I had fixed that first. A bit ground hog day. Help!

Chris, I think you need to correct the parental connection order for the James Phillips-15793 and the Elizabeth Philips-682 profiles before you do any more editing.

First make sure you have the WikiTree IDs for both parents saved (or open their profiles in new tabs/pages). Next you disconnect the parents from James' profile. Finally you add the parents back in the correct spots.

You will need to repeat this process for the Elizabeth Philips-682 profile. After you correct her profile, you can merge it into the Elizabeth Philips-670 profile (this profile has the correct parental order).
