Can any 16th century handwriting experts help?

Christian was the wife of Thomas White but what was her last name ? At the moment it  is Pierce (and she has two husbands of the same name living in different places and centuries  so that requires some sorting out)

The will of her husband Thomas is very variable in it's legibility, some seems relatively modern and  not so hard to read, other parts almost impenetrable. The use of letter forms is very inconsistent.

Christian is clearly named on the third page but it is the 'said Christian' What  I think could be  her former name  occurs in the last paragraph on the page before but is not so clear . (I may have got it completely wrong) Please have a look at the  snip on the page and give  your opinion (whether  there is a contracted form of Christian and if so what her surname was)

Thank you

Never ask for experts.  But I'm getting

...mariage had and solempnezed betwixt me the sa...

...nowe my wief before the mariage called xxian Percye...
Yes you've nailed it. I think the two letters are a (highly idiosyncratic) chi followed by a reasonable rho indicating an abbreviation for "Christ". I also read the surname as Percye. The e's (two bars) are identical with those in 'before' and although the c is very indistinct it does look like the c in 'called'. It reminds me of a cedilla.
Thank you  RJ and Matthew. I felt that it was Christian but the more I looked at it the more unsure I became, Percye also seems good to me.

( unfortunately, that may mean that not only has she got an extraneous husband but that  the name of Pierce is also incorrect and goodness knows when she was born , the only date I know is that she was alive when the will was written in 1555)
Note that "Pierce" and "Percye" may still be the same name phonetically. Spellings, especially of names, were not very standardized at that time.
