Hi WikiTreers,

The Russian Roots project is off to a great start, but we need some helpers! It is NOT required for you to have Russian heritage or ancestors, or speak/read/write the Russian language though that would be great if we could get a few who do!  Please visit the project page, check it out, and join the project. I'll be so glad to have you!  P.S.  We still need a leader.

I have Russian/ Ukraine/Poland, and I believe German roots, but I have had a hard time finding my European heritage, my last names are Krowchuk, probably has changed since leaving Russia, Mieszko, might have different spelling as well, iam second generation, as my dads dad was born on the boat over, leaving my dad who is a Krowchuk, and myself as the first family in Canada. I truly need help finding last names and the people they belong to.

Hi - I'd like to join the Russian Roots Project. My Grandfather was Russian. He was born in the Russian community in Harbin China.
