Searching for parents of LuCretia Townsend b.1824 SC m. James L. Black, b. 1814 NC.

Question

After 1880 Census, they disappeared.  They lived in Pickens and Gilmer Counties, GA.  I am descended from their first born son John Black b. 1843.
