Having a clipboard manager is a wonderful thing. You have several items to paste onto succeeding profiles, but the standard clipboard only holds one at a time. Say I am going through a baptismal register. I want to paste it in as a source on the profiles I am creating - but I also want to paste a warning about the lack of birth certificates in every profile, and a Project Box in every profile.
Enter a clipboard manager. I use Ditto, but there are loads out there - mostly freeware; choose the one with the bells and whistles you want the most (search for "clipboard manager" without the quotes). They will hold 10, 25, or even a thousand clips, so all you have to do is keep its little window on top, choose the one you want - and click! Some will also clip-and-hold images, others will group clips (I'm going to keep all the ones relating to my One Place Study together) - some you can even edit your clip there and then.
It makes creating profiles on WikiTree much easier. Now you can concentrate on getting it right first time!
