How to correct error

Question

I'm sure the new error program instigated the error cited but I have absolutely no idea what it means.  I did correct the single name to full name but that did not fix it and it still doesn't come up in the biography the right way.  Suggestions appreciated.

You have a very visible error message there, which just means you have an empty set of ref tags. <ref></ref> Is that what you mean? They can just be removed.

Done and fixed.  Thank you very much.  Kindergarten grandchildren know more about these things than I do.
