Trying to connect William Mcknight to other Mcknights from Rowan North Carolina.

William Mcknight's only son was Jon according to that book I linked if that helps. I would probably only need Williams father to connect him with the other Rowans thank you.

The McKnight family came from Chester PA down the great wagon road  The were in rowan, Mecklenburg Cos of NC and Spartanburg Co of SC .  Charles McKnight was b: ca 1740 PA d: 1805 Spartanburg co SC . He m: Janet UNK.  Their children were Mary b: 1760 m: John Graves McClure ca 1764. & William McKnight.  I do not have info on this William.  Hopefully this will help[ you.
