How can I add the Category: Military andWar Project Member to my profile page?

I'm working on trying to follow the steps needed to include the Military and War Project on my profile, but am unsure as to add it to my page.  Help!

Hi David

On your profile click on the Edit Tab then type [[Category: Military and War Project]].

This is the category for members of the project,  Please don't add it to other profiles.
