Slavic Roots Category (sub category direction?)

As we are establishing a new Slavic Roots (free space) project, I noticed the Slavic Roots category already existed.

It is listed under the Category: Slovakia.

I wanted to check in to determine whether the hierarchy should be this way or going in the opposite direction, or if it matters?

If it is correct as it is, it seems Category: Slavic Roots would also be under other national categories (Ukraine, etc) - which is why I thought it would go the opposite direction.

Please advise.

I added Category:European Projects to it as well.  Slovakia is just one Slavic country, so I would think it needs to be in the others as well. But, I'll let a categorization expert weigh in.
