Hi Mike , this is a wonderful picture. Was the dog on a ship?  Dogs are so important for moral. When my son came home from Afghanistan he went to his dog before me. Thanks for sharing this.

What an adorable photo.  It looks like the puppy is wearing his own little life vest!
