Do you have any specific first names in your Turney line, particularly your earliest ancestor with the Turney surname? Bith year, marriage year, and death year would help trace back to the next earlier generation. Location at the time of birth, marriage and so on would help, such as state or province, county and city, if you have them.

I have information on a Daniel Turney from England I think that came to America. He had some sons that came also. I can't tell you much cause it isn't in front of me, but I will be glad to share or let you know where to find it. Thanks
