Hi Kristy, The births of about 40 Doris Halls were registered in England and Wales in 1901, including Doris Ada, Doris Amelia and Doris Annie, as well as a lot of just plain Doris.  You'll have to give more information.  Can you say where she lived, who her siblings or parents were?  Did she emigrate somewhere sometime? Did she marry?   If you tell us what you know about her, even if is it is later in her life, we might be able to work backwards.

I have absolutely no idea when Doris A Hall was born.  If she was born before April 1901 she would appear on the census, if not she'd appear on the next census 1911.

Also found a death record - again no idea if this is the same person but states the death was registered n Hammersmith.
