Some have privacy levels that will limit what you can see. Usually a listing of surnames from a search will allow you to look at these profiles. If you are concerened about the quantity of profiles you might use a different search.

Search for Ancestor Matches

Type in a Wikitree id  Stewart-?? to find possible matches.

Do not forget Google searches they usually bring up Wikitree pages posted and allow for more in depth searching.

Google search for;  "Michael Lechner" wikitree helicopter pilot

Will find my page:

The question was: How do I see the 'next 100 matches' when searching by name. I see this problem many times when searching for duplicates for a very common name, when trying to find the lowest numbered duplicate. Right now there is no way to sort the results by birth date, and no way to view the next set of matches, in the search results screen.
