Placement of Categories and templates when creating a profile.

If you add a category or template such as 1776 when creating a new profile it automatically puts the information in the Biography section, if you don't go ahead the heading.  Is there a way to change this so it goes automatically goes above Biography?

Yes, you have the option to remove the Biography, type above it, below it.

In my case I use the space quite a lot as I'm doing a One Name Study: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Mirrielees-4 (just a work in progress) - but shows you what can be done.  This is an 'open' profile so click in the edit mode and you can see what I have done.

When I have a very basic profile with very little information to provide - this is what I do.

I know what you mean.  The only way to avoid it (it seems) is not to enter the template at the time you are creating the profile.  Create the profile, go back in once it is 'alive', and put the template in it on the Edit page above the 'biography' heading.

Seems fiddly, but then at least you get to recheck what you put in there and make any corrections to typos etc.
