Did John Brocket have 2 sons named Benjamin?

There are no sources included on the profile for Benjamin Brockett-107, but there is a statement that this Benjamin died young and should not be confused with Benjamin Brockett-31. However, Benjamin Brockett-31 was baptized on February 23, 1644 according to Jacobus' "Families of Ancient New Haven", married Elizabeth Barnes, and lived until 1679, so it's unlikely there was another son born exactly a year after that baptism, and given the same name. Does anyone have a source to document a second son named Benjamin, or to document that the Benjamin who married Elizabeth Barnes was not the Benjamin baptized on February 23, 1644? If not, I recommend that the profiles for the two Benjamins be merged.

Go with Jacobus: Benjamin and Befruitful, twins, were baptized the same day. 23 Feb 1644 (44/45?)  http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:New_Haven_First_Congregational_Church

There was not a second Benjamin. You could merge the died young Benjamin into Befruitful

Thanks for the input! I also checked Torrey (page 209), and it shows the marriage of Benjamin (1645-1679) to Elizabeth Barnes, indicating that the 1645 Benjamin is correct, not the 1648 Benjamin found in Edward J. Brockett's "The Descendants of John Brockett", 1905. I've proposed a merge of Brockett-107 with Brockett-92.
