Who are the parents of Mabel Bellingham

I'm trying to find better evidence for Mabel's heritage. She married  Sir Richard Duckett of Grayrigg, Westmoreland; and her father is supposedly Roger Bellingham ... but which one, and who were his parents?

Flower's Visitation of Yorkshire does name Sir Robert Bellingham and his wife Elizabeth Tunstall, as the parents of Mabel

Although finding some primary documents is ideal, in the meantime I would trust the Visitations over Sir Bernard Burke, who was notorious for inventing lineages and making many mistakes.  It's possible he has confused Sir Roger Bellingham, (Mabel's nephew) who married Mabell Mydelton and instead made him Mabel's father?

I think the strange part -- and it might not be -- is the constant bouncing between Robert/Richard/Roger as first names (by the sources who attempt to refer to the same person). But Mabel is really bugging me! It's been 3 weeks, and I'm still not really satisfied with the info. But I was thinking something similar... chucking Burke for Visitations... although it's strange how I thought the same thing the other day... is she really a Middleton? Do you think I should leave her unconnected?

Mabel Bellingham was born c.1380 and d.unk married Sir Richard Duckett Jr. born c. 1377- 1438. Daughter of Sir Robert Bellingham, kit b.c. 1354-1476 and Elizabeth Wortley)Tunstall). Her parents are Sir Matthew Redman V of Harewood and Johanna Tunstall b.c. 1390-1400 died Feb 23, 1507 Dau.of Sir Thomas Tunstall,kit and Isabella Tunstall.

Sir Richard Duckett, Jr.b.c.1377-1438 son of Richard Duckett Sr.,MP b.c.1346-1448-wife is Mabel Redman -b.c. 1350- d. unk  Richard Duckett Sr.'s father is John Duckett of Grayrigg b.c. 1312-1396.wife is Margaret de Windsor b.c. 1320-1391

John's parents are I believe are Hugh Duckett b.c. 1274-1345 wife is Isabella Duckett 1278- unk.

Mabel Bellingham Duckett and Sir Richard Duckett, Jr, children are: Thomas Duckett B. 1412, Alice Stanley b. 1416, and Cicely Featherstonhaugh B. 1443 Half sister of Effame Wortley, Thomas Wortley, Sir John Wortley, Robert Wortley, and Nicholas Wortley and 6 others.
