Managing Other Family Tree Member's on WikiTree

Question

I have adopted several names on WikiTree to take over managing them. A lot of them have not been touched in years. Can I take over the names in the tree and fill in the information on them myself. A lot of the names that I took over I found out that they are part of my family. Would I be able to take over these families.

I've never adopted any, but I'm sure WikiTree would love it for you to manage them.
