Searching for parents of Mary Wilson (1831 Canada Fr) wife of Thomas McDonough Martin (NY Clinton County census 1850).

Mary was born in Canada Fr in 1831. 1850 Clinton County NY, USA census lists her, husband Thomas McDonough Martin (1821 Vermont) and child Emily Martin (1849 NY).  Children Henry William (1850), Laura(1852), William (b 1858 d 1859 buried in Churubusco cemetery for Irish Immigrants), Ida (1862) were also born in New York.  The family moved to Jenkins, Floyd, Iowa where T.McD Martin registers with the Civil War Draft in July 1863   Daughters Kaitie (1866) and Minnie (1868) were born in Iowa. The family moved to  Silver Lake, Adams, Nebraska where Thomas McDonough Martin, Laura Martin and Henry Martin filed for Homestead papers.  On the 1873 Homestead Proof papers dated 1881 Thomas states that Mary died in 1877 in Nebraska. The daughters of Mary Wilson Martin and T. McD Martin married:  Laura Martin to Jacob S Noll Oct 14, 1877, Ida Mae Martin to John L Butterfield Sept 25, 1879 and Katie Martin to Robert N Kimsey March 27, 1884.  I have found no information regarding death certificate or burial of Mary. Searching for the parents of Mary Wilson born in Canada 1831.

Did you ever find this?   I have been working on my Canadian tree and the Martins are coming in.   I've been using ancestry but am closing my account at the end of the month.   I'm going to see what I can do about uploading the gedcom, as i have over 100 trees, but the big one for dna, there's no way I can upload that.   Anyway, I'm working on the Culberts right now and the Martins have come into play.  And freakishly, the Martins are in another Canadian line of mine, so I'm wondering if they'll link up.  My email is margaretbooking at yahoo.com  I'm back in the mid 1800's to early 1900s.
