why is there no DNA listings on Rene Reaume?

Someone asked me privately “why there is no DNA listings on Rene Reaume 1642-1722? Only 2 of his 14 children have any listings.”

I can give a simple explanation regarding autosomal DNA results.

Robert Reaume-422 is my 7th GGfather and 6 people show sharing Au DNA, (Not me).

J Bte. Reaume-243 is my 6th GGfather and 3 people show sharing Au DNA including me.

A (too) simple explanation is I get twice as much DNA from my 6th GGfather as I do from my 7th GGfather. But Rene Réaume-324 is my 7th (and 8th ) GGfather so I would be closer to Rene than Robert.

In Wikitree auDNA testers are listed on the profiles of their 6th great-grandparents and closer.

Rene has living direct paternal line descendants listed in WikiTree who have not yet been Y-DNA tested.
