Question

Before when I did a surname search on Cundit all 14 names would show up, now it says there are 14 but only 4 show up.

I can go to various of the profiles that don't show up by typing the profile-id in directly. They just don't show up in the list.

I'm wondering if with the rise of the error police, some of the names were marked as errors and you or someone else marked them as false errors and then clicked the hide button and this causes them not to appear in the surname search.  Just a guess, but since this is something that occured in another question recently, it might be occurring for this reason.  

BTW, though I don't have Condits or Cundits in my ancestry, there are a number as relatives in my mothere's tree and My wife and I got married in a church at Condit Station, Delaware, Ohio, USA There's also a plain Condit not far from Condit Station.

It is possible that some of the surnames have been edited to correct them.

When I've amended a surname eg Merrilees-14 because it should have been Merrylees - Merrrilees-14 disappears of the list.  It is possible this may have happened.
