The marriage bans for Lucinda and William Parker, Jr. indicate that William Brown Bean paid for the publishing. This is customarily a duty performed by the father. I posted what sources I found on Ancestry on her profile. Feel free to remove them, but I did not want to enter all that information, here.
The 1840 Census does not contain names, but does indicate the number of members of the family living with William B. Queen. The names are enumerated in public family trees on Ancestry. If you would like me to add the names to William's profile, I will. I am actually researching the Queen family that moved to Barbour and Upshur County, West Virginia, at this time.
I do not think that the date of death for your Lucinda Queen Parker is correct, as she appears on the 1870 census, at the age of 51. She seems to have survived her second husband and is living with children and grandchildren. Note that she has a nine year old son named Benjamin on the 1850 census and then presumably a grandson named Benjamin on the 1870 census.
