Looking for information on Albert L. Parker and Emaline Catherine Hoskins Parker that had lived in Bell County, Ky

I am looking for any information or pictures of my ggrandpa Albert L. Parker. He was born in West Virginia. I think the state had changed from one name to another . His birthdate is 1861. His father is Thomas H. Parker and mother Caroline Boor. He lived in Bell county, ky at one time. He was married to Emaline (Emma) Hoskins. Any information would be appreciated.
