You may have entered her twice by accident. On either of their pages, Click on the WikiTree ID - upper right.
On the dropdown list, near the bottom, click Search for Matches. If the have the same dob etc. you should get a match.
On the page that shows the multiples: Choose either (compare) (to check them both) or if you know they are the same choose (merge) - if you are sure they are your duplicates.
Then follow the merge steps.
OR:
On your profile page, click the Edit Tab at the top.
Scroll down the right hand side, and click on (duplicates? please merge)
On the next page, check the boxes of the duplicates. Then follow with the merge step.
