The abandoned profile done for this woman is Sarah Gibbs-2359. There is a brief biography, which according to other sources is incorrect. Here's what I have: Sarah was the daughter of Nathaniel Warner and married first Thomas Gibbs who probably died about 1700. She then married (record shows her to be widow Sarah Gibbs) on 28 January 1701 in Plymouth, MA. There are even people who try to say she was related to ''Mayflower'' passenger Richard Warrren and give her the maiden name of Warren. Cushman, Henry Wyles was the author for ''Historical and Biographical Genealogy of the Cushmans: the Descendants of Robert Cushman, the Puritan...'' On page 126 he discusses what I've stated above and gives her the maiden name of Warner. Roser, Susan's ''Mayflower Births and Deaths'', Vol. 1, page 78 says :Sarah Gibbs (Alice Warren, Nathaniel) . Find a Grave has taken their information from Roser. Any suggestions on how to fix this person? There aren't very many records for her. It looks like her maiden name could be Gibbs, Warren or Warner. If anyone belongs to NEHGS perhaps there is a record on the family.
