Probably.  She's got vast numbers of descendants by her first husband, and by Henry she's got vast numbers through her daughter Maud, and vast numbers through King John.  Her blood was in all the royal houses of Europe in no time flat.  But why her?

Her ancestry would be an interesting complement to the Henry Project.
Also via her daughter Eleanor who married one of the Kings of Castile.
23 x great grandmother here, one in 33,554,432 of my 23 x great grandparents! Maybe she comes in more than once huh ;) http://dgmweb.net/Ancillary/OnE/NumberAncestors.html

Yes, I have descents from her. One of the beauties of English descent is the way that the wealthy middle class has pushed their way into lines that, in Europe, would never have accepted them. Thus English society is much more fluid. All English have descent from Edward 1...therefore from his ancestress, Eleanor.

Here is one of mine:

1. Susan Margaret Scarcella

2. Barbara Trenerry (1931-2000)
