Importing a file with no sources

I am trying to import my Mother's Gedcom file in bits and pieces (there are well over 30,000 people in total). She has been a genealogist for over forty two years. Her sources are in the notes which I can't access until the file is imported so I can copy and paste and/or reformat to wiki style.

I do not have her software program to make any adjustments.

The file I am trying to import has 257 records. What is the best way for me to proceed?  Should I make three smaller files?

I understand and respect the honor code which is one of the reasons I wanted to be a part of this site. My mother's name is Helen Sharpe, a well respected genealogist.  She transcribed the majority of her sources from the original will, deed, marriage bond, etc with a pencil and notebook, traveling from courthouse to courthouse throughout NC, VA, and TN

Hi Carolyn,

I checked the raw data on a couple of the GEDCOMs you've submitted and I can see the sources and notes there so you're fine to go ahead and submit them. I'll let the other GEDCOM reviewer know not to let that hold up your files.

Thanks!
