I want to contact a secure manager but cannot figure it out

I found my own name with a red dot but cannot contact the manager.  How do I find the manager

If you click on the manager's name, you can find a link on their profile page to send them a private message.

Right. You can still open a limited version of a private (red) profile. One of the few pieces of information it will have -- in the right column, a few lines down -- is the Profile Manager and a "Private Message" link to contact them.
