How do I create a sub category under a existing category?

Can someone assist me in creating a subcategory? I am attempting to create and add sub category "Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal Badge" under the existing US Army>US Army Badges categories. Unfortunately I have created it one level too high and cannot delete it and move it as a subcategory under [[Category: US Army Badges]].

Just make the child a member of the parent in the same way as a person-profile
