I know I have been rather quiet as of late but I have had a lot going on but I am ready to get back into the thick of things for the time being.
The first major question that I have is to my grandfather, Al F Trizzino, and his potential first marriage in Wayne County, Indiana. It is a suspect record, which originally, I thought was legitimate but then quickly decided it was not but then upon glancing at it in an old email this morning, it was signed by H. J. Reinecke as solemnized on October 25, 1946.

This would be good and well but then, less than a year later Eleanor can be seen in Franklin County, Ohio as being wed to Henry Canfield on October 18, 1947. It would be reasonable to assume that this is her second marriage but then she listed herself as never having been married before.

I have only one real thought on this: somehow the marriage in Indiana was never legal. But why?
Can anybody help me figure this out?
