G2G Profile does not display "WikiTree Genealogist" badge.  (That badge is, of course, displayed on the main WT Profile.)

You are correct Juli... that badge is not displayed on the G2G profile.

Have a super day :)
Which begs the question, "Why not?"
It shows the last 5 badges you've earned.  As you earn more badges you'll notice the ones on your G2G feed page will change.

Look for this link beneath your badges on your G2G profile: [all badges for Juli]

That will show all your badges.

As Eowyn mentioned, a G2G profile only shows five badges. A WikiTree profile only shows 12. Beneath the badges on these pages is a link to the badges page that shows them all. You can also access this from the badges link under the My WikiTree menu.

I now understand that 'this isn't a bug -- it's intentional': there is, by design, a discrepancy between WT and G2G profiles regarding which and how many badges are displayed.

So I am downgrading the title of this posting from a BUG REPORT to an IMP NOTE, and I will annotate the original posting to indicate that this is a design issue, not an implementation issue.

Why 'issue'? Because it violates the Principle of Least Surprise.

The Wiki Genealogist badge doesn't appear on the long list either.  It's specific to the main profile, where it comes first.

The caption is Member Type Badge.  I suspect it's not a real badge.
I've always wondered why we need two different profiles. I've never liked having to click twice from g2g to access someone's wikitree profile. I think I understand correctly that the forum software comes with a profile page so that's mostly why we have one but ideally we'd have just one profile.
