How to "name" a link in G2G? [closed]

To include a link in a G2G posting, use one of the editing buttons above the text-entry box.  Specifically:

  1. Click the icon that looks like the link of a chain.  (It's the leftmost button on the 4th row of buttons.)  A pop-up window will appear; it has a text-entry box labeled "URL".
  2. Highlight the entire URL of the destination, copy it, and paste it into the text-entry box of the pop-up window.
  3.

My question is, How do i create a "label" for the link?  So that the reader sees "here's the link", not "http://gobbledygook"?

I have been trying to add a link to a find-a-grave memorial, with a consistent lack of success. However after reading the above answer I realize that no pop up window appears.

Thanks for any help with this.

First step should be to select (highlight) the label you want, for example "here's the link", and then execute the steps 1 and 2 and press OK in the popup window.
