Ecro as a first name

Question

I am working with a hard to read death certificate. It appears the father's name is Ecro. I've never heard of this. Has anyone ever run across a first name of Ecro? I'm also trying to decipher the last name. Ugh!

All of the "Ecro"s from Finland and Estonia are probably cases where a handwritten source has been misinterpreted by whoever transcribed it and did not have the necessary background knowledge to know that the first name could only be "Eero".
