How do I help a possible family member who was adopted?

I received a telephone call awhile back. A young lady in her 20's told me she was referred to me from a relative in KY after she did her DNA testing.  Apparently, she was adopted after birth. She found out after her adoption records were unsealed and that she was born in my city. She gave me her mother's name and the address.  Since I am her only contact in my city, how can  I help her?

You may want to contact one of our Wikitree Adoption Angels, they would be the most likely people to be able to help you I think, or at least advise you on protocol etc
