Why are Parnell-494 and Parnell-567 set as a rejected match?

They look like a clear duplicate to me, complete with duplicate parents and a duplicate sibling.

Would an Arborist mind having a look at this? I don't want to make a mess!

Lucy, These definitely look the same.  i see that someone just proposed a merge of the fathers, so this should be staightened out soon.
