I found a death notice in newspapers.com. it is from "The Journal Gazette" of Mattoon, Illinois dated March 16, 1970 on page 5.

The death notice is for a Stephen F. Cannoy.  Three sisters are listed - one of whom is Mrs. Don (Opal) Henne of Mattoon.  The parents names given are Boyd and Margaret Swango Cannoy.

The other two sisters are Gladys Paul and Lottie Jennings.  One brother is listed named Felix.
