Last Name At Birth for Božena, the mother of Břetislav I of Bohemia [closed]

We have Božena listed with the LNAB "of Bohemia" and the CLN "Bohemia". Both names are wrong or at least questionable. "Of Bohemia" does not follow EuroAristo naming conventions and in addition would be highly unlikely for a 11th century peasant daughter. "Bohemia" as CLN also doesn't follow guidelines and is probably not right in substance as her marriage to Oldřich is up for debate.

Cosmas of Prague's description "Bozena, que fuit Krezine" has led to her being given the last name of Křesinova in the Czech literature. The question whether Oldřich married her in addition to his unnamed barren wife or whether she was a concubine remains open.

Following this should her LNAB be "unknown" or "Křesinova" and her CLN "Křesinova" or "z Čechy" or anything else?
