Looking for parents of John Garret Skelly. His brothers were Robert and William. Sister was Maude. I need a birth certificate for John Garrett Skelly. He was born 5 February 1919 somewhere in North Ireland. He served in the RAF during World War ll. He married Joan Eksteen from Oudtshoorn, South Africa.  Their first child, Kevin John, was born in Southampton, England.
