Profile numbers are getting mixed up

+8 votes

I just listed my unsourced, now sourced, profiles.  Something strange seems to happen when I checked my list.  When I click on (Sarah Corsen) it takes me to Corssen-10 Cornelia Corssen.  The same problem with her (Christian Corsen) takes me to Cornelias Christian Corssen-10.  The  rest of the Corssens worked.  All of them were christening records.

My list is the last one under June challenge on page 1.

Hmmmn  ... I don't know.  They seem to be working OK for me.  Maybe try again?

This is about the Sorcerers thread

And yes, the HTML page says

<p>18. <a rel="nofollow" href="" target="_blank"></a> Christening</p>

so you click on Corsen-10 and go to Corssen-10.

It's a feature of the G2G compose window.  If you paste in a URL, it recognizes it and stores it as a link, coloured blue.  Then if you edit it, it only changes the visible text, it doesn't change the link.  To change the link, you have to use the "chain" icon (below Font).  Or just delete it and do it again.

You or a Leader can edit your post to fix it (and the other one).

RJ, thank you.  I deleted them and started over.  Every thing works  with the correct profile numbers.
