This profile belonging to US Southern Colonies Project is being currently being developed.and properly sourced.  At least one merge and possibly more are going to need to be done.  James Crewes is a historical figure and a  Notable, having been one of the key figures of the Bacon Rebellion.  This profile is being carefully researched and all relationships are being further researched for accuracy.  At least one duplicate profile exists and it contains several questionable connections that should not added without verification and proper sourcing.

Hi! This profile was unlocked during the Clean-a-Thon, since both project boxes switched their project boxes to stickers, but it seems like it is still needed. Do you want me to add Virginia Project as manager or do you want to contact Jillaine about having US Southern Colonies be manager?

Thank you. I am working with the PM to resolve that issue.  I am the one that wrote the bio and discovered the correct parents for James.  This was an existing profile that had never been developed. The wrong parents were attached by the current profile manager by mistake.

Allan thank you for the complement.  I don't know if it is a model profile but I do try to support everything I write with a proper source.  I am still learning and I appreciate any comment or criticism that results in a better written, more accurate profile.  Thank you for calling attention to the questionable status of the parents of James Crewes.  I found it questionable as well and I believe that the christening records and will of James Crewes has given us the correct parents for James.  I am working with the PM of his profile and with the PM's of the profiles currently linked as being his parents so that James can be associated with the correct parents.  Then on to tackle the questions surrounding Moriah Bland and Hannah Carter.
