Trying to locate info on Richard Davis (Nova Scotia)

+5 votes

Hi Team!

I'm trying to find any info on great grandfather, Richard Davis. I don't have parents names, date of birth, but I believe he was born in Nova Scotia (if my grandparents marriage cert was correct). He was married to Ethel Iris Reynolds (you'll find several marriage certs for her!).. but I can't find any proof of the marriage. His name is on the marriage certs of the children and that is the only source I have.

I know he lived on 83 Hilyard Street, Saint John, New Brunswick at one point in his life.. and possibly either 38 Brook Street  or 38 Broad Street in Saint John (hand writing a bit unclear..).

Looking for his parents names, dates of birth or death.  Ethel Iris Reynolds remarried June 1932, and the Davis children were born between 1921 and 1924.

thank you! I wonder why I couldn't find that.. as I've been all over

I just have to some how tie this Richard as the right Richard. Shelbourne is one of the locations his daughter was born, so that is a plus. It looks promising.
