Concerning the founders of Hartford, Connecticut. The map that we've been using for the backgrounds is a reworked map and is copyrighted and very clearly states so on the page from which it was borrowed.
I've received Permission from The Connecticut Historical Society to use their image of the old map. I will be changing the maps in the next few days, removing the old/copyrighted one and replacing it with the map with use permission. Of course I will be giving the CHS proper credit for the image.
