Only one set of parents can actually be linked to the profile. However, you can create profiles for the other set and link to them in the biography of the profile.

We leave it up to you which set you want attached to the profile (which determines how the tree will look), though we do lean towards birth parents simply because we're working towards more DNA features on the site, which won't work properly if you have children attached to their adoptive parents.

So how do I create a profile for my bio Mother and link them in theBiography. Do you mean just write them in?

I had to make this decision when I was working on the profile of a deceased friend this past weekend. (I had made a tree for her several years ago.) I listed her with her birth name and birth parents. She was adopted at age 5 or 6 so only her last name and an added middle name changed, which I indicated in the biography. I will link her adoptive parents in the biography via hyper-links.
