Scott family if Sydney

Question

Would like to know if there is any record of the scott family of playfair st the rocks Sydney.There was 15 children at one stage living with their father John Henry scott(jack) and Ethel may Ellen Foy later moving to Cleveland st Redfern.its believed that John scott was from Essex uk and that Ethel Eas related to mark Foy Sydney who ran a large department store

http://www.ancestry.com.au has the Sydney Sands Directories (street directories) as well as the Electoral Rolls. There aren't any electoral rolls for NSW available until about 1930 although I haven't looked recently.

Look through the newspapers that are available here for all sorts of things.

The WWI records are all in digital format and are at the National Archives and all men who had to register or served are there.
