Merge difficulty Error message

Peter Scheffer has proposed a merge between Ernst Lodewicus Marais (Marais-487) and Ernst Marais (Marais-12). Click here to compare them side-by-side.

When I whent to do the merge I got this message Please Help, I don't understand It I am the only manager on both profiles, thus the only one who can do the merge.
