Categories: How to add unincorporated communities within a township?

I need to add categories to some family pages.  The State and County categories are there, but not the township and/or city.  Since the unincorporated communities are within a township, do I make it a sub of a sub?

I would be adding Ira Township and Anchorville to this page:

Anchorville is the unincorporated community.

  1. Create the category [[Category: Ira Township, St. Clair County, Michigan]] or [[Category: Anchorville, Michigan]] by placing the category on the profile page of someone who fits in the category.
  2. That will generate a redlink to a category edit page.
  3. Click on that link.
  4. Type [[Category: St. Clair County, Michigan]] at the top of the page. Then save the page. That will create a category page and place it in the county category.

EDITED: Oops -- I missed that Anchorville is in Ira Township. When you create Anchorville, type [[Category: Ira Township, St. Clair County, Michigan]] at the top of the page. That will put it in the Ira Township category, which will be in the county category.
